Upliftment of my permanent ban

Hello guys …
I am a player of this game since 11 years when it was launched and yesterday out of sudden when i tried to log back in game i saw message that your account is permanently banned

The last thing i did was tried necropolis red goblin fight to dupe my stellar forged blade that i got after grinding so much in battlegrounds

When i contacted support they said i used third party software in act 9 chapter 4 which is nit possible cause i am using only ipad and iphone to play this game and why would i use third party software in act 9 chapter 4 when i did carina challenges on my own

I am a doctor who sometimes spends money on this game and been playing this since so much long time

Please someone help me and uplift my ban so i can continue playing this game

Honestly, this story probably checks out. But I think you may have given too many details on your story, many of which are completely irrelevant. Your career and your spending doesn't matter. You're not special because of any of that and you don't get special treatment because of any of that.

I will believe you when you say you didn't use third party software for 9.4. Someone doing that for story content of all things would just be an idiot (not leaving you out of that category, just saying that is the only category for such behavior).

The problem here is probably that you shouldn't have believed the modder you paid to clear the content in time for you to get the objectives that had an end date. You're a doctor, so your time may be limited. You clearly have money because a) you're a doctor and b) you said you've spent money. So there's a strong possibility here that you may not have cheated in the sense of using third party software yourself, but that the guy you paid did.

Also, it is completely possible to use third party software of ipads and iphones.

Don't think I would want a doctor who cheats or pays someone else to do their work, and then lies about it to try to cover their tracks.

There was no reason to state your profession for a mobile game (not that you're actually a doctor most likely). But please inform us why you made that decision anyways

We've also seen this a bazillion times play out on the forums where people say they didn't cheat, but actually did. Do a search - they're actually very entertaining.

Могу уверить, ты не один такой, дата та же время тоже, 7 или 8 лет в игре ни одного предупреждения,бана, чита или стороннего по, обвинения те же самые под копирку что и у тебя.

Ник в игре ___SHADE___, глава союза прошу так же снятие бана, читы и приложения не использую принципиально и другим не советую. Готов предоставить разработчикам информационную копию памяти телефона для проверки на все подобное.

Есть подозрение на последнее обновление, именно после него получил на следующее утро бан, обновился ночью перед сном.

They can see the game file you downloaded, they don't need to see any "proof" you have on your phone.
