Resource stack issue and champion rankup issue

I am having issue regarding ranking up champ, i have complete resources to rankup my champ but the but is disable even i gave complete resources, i want to rankup champ and complete the solo coliseum objectives but due to this issue my progress is slow and i will not be able to complete this, kindly fix this issue and compensate....

There's nothing to fix, there's no issue, and there's no need for compensation. Get yourself to level 60 and you will have the inventory space to do the rank ups. Inability to rank her up is not stopping you from doing anything.

As said, there are no issues. Get to level 60 or buy the Sigil to rank her up.
