Its frustrating when I've been playing this game since 2018, spent a lot of money and time on MCOC, and I get told I don't get to receive the recent compensation package. I was definitely affected by the black.out screen. Rip off

I guess spending lot of money on this game by your own choice doesn't automatically entitle you for compensation. If they deem you're not eligible, then you are out of luck.
