I also found it very straightforward, but obviously not everyone is in the same boat. Maybe complete the loop? The event has a link to the unit store, maybe the purchase option should have a link to the event? Then players can have a shortcut to the exact event to see the rewards. The purchase is more in your face than the event, so it would add another layer of connecting the two.
I honestly can't see how anyone is confused by this. It is, basically, like the double track event - but for EQ. Play EQ normally and get the normal rewards you always get. Pay for the ticket and a "parallel" set of milestones with extra rewards. It's really not rocket science :-)
After reading the entire thread it's good to know I'm not alone in thinking this was pretty straight forward, also not the first time we've seen this type of 'event' where extra rewards for doing content was available by buying a similar pass.

If I was reading Zola's last reply on previous page correctly, sounds like they were able to claim the 15 milestones in the EXCLUSIVE EVENT. And THEN bought the ticket, which allowed them to CLAIM YET MORE Milestones in that same Exclusive Event ????? (this is what I was saying does NOT sound correct).
(*my only thought is maybe, prior to it having a visible Red Banner that first day, maybe it wasn’t really locked, and some early questers were able to claim milestones. Then when it got the Red Banner, they sort of reset ?? And could claim again once Ticket was bought ???
Earlier screenshot (both pics on top of each other from forum earlier here). If the 15 plus another 15 were both from this Exclusive Event, then maybe something was wrong with Zola's event ??
I bought the ticket on Wednesday but hadn’t started playing till today Saturday and it says that I still haven’t bought the ticket even though I’ve got proof and everything
I'd barely looked at the offer before reading this thread so I already knew what the deal was before going back and looking at it myself, but I think I can see one issue that could be addressed.
The offer itself basically just says "Pay this to unlock the solo event", while you then have to go to the solo event itself to see what you actually have to do to unlock the rewards themselves. I don't find this super confusing, but I would recommend actually writing out what you need to do to earn the rewards in the offer itself. Just to make it really transparent that you don't actually earn any rewards from purchasing that offer, but from purchasing it and then doing [X].
I don't think it's a huge issue if you only tie it to the EQ, but if a similar offer ever requires more from the purchaser than just completing the EQ, I think some more clarity would do some good. That info isn't exactly hidden in the game, but it also isn't visible immediately in the store either and I think it maybe should be.
But this is just my two cents, as someone who doesn't have a stake either which way here.
