Thor Ragnarok purchase with Obsevance bug?

Is there a bug in the Champions store? With today’s Drops I finally got the 50 Observance you needed to buy Thor Ragnarok in the Champions store in the game. I purchased him no problem. I went back to the store to look at the next item (Thor Ragnarok ascended) and noticed that the padlock was still there. It still says that I needed to buy Thor Ragnarok before I could buy that 2nd item. The first item ( Thor R) still says purchase limit 1 of 1 (as if I hadn’t purchased him. I looked in my roster and found my 7* Thor R but according to the Champions store it says I never got him.

That's the ascension two bundle, which won't unlock until you purchase the ascension one bundle.

The first 50 observance if for 7* first appearance Thor Ragnarok.

the second 30 observance is for ascencion level 1 7* Thor Ragnarok

following 30 observance is for the ascencion level 2 7* Thor Ragnarok (I'm not sure if f2p can get this or it's pay to get)

The message is crystal clear, isn't it? You need to purchase Ascension level 1 bundle before you purchase ascension level 2 bundle and you don't have enough observance to purchase level 1 bundle. Keep piling up observance watching twitch streams and you'll finally get there. Patience is the name of the game.

OK guys. Maybe the padlock will unlock once I have enough observance to get item 2 ( Thor R ascended). My concern is that the padlock in item 2says I have to purchase item 1 (Thor R) which I have already

If you go to the store, it should look like this.

As you can see, the bundle to get Thor is now gone and all that is left is the ascension bundles. You have not gotten the ascension level one bundle, so of course level two is locked.
