Is Phyla-Vell’s recovery from being knocked down supposed to be as fast as it is? You literally can’t chain heavies on her in the corner. She’s up and landing a hit on you while your heavy is still in startup animation. I admittedly only tried playing against her with Onslaught and Tigra, but both of those characters spam heavies in the corner as part of their rotations. No other character’s knock down recovery time in the game is this fast. Is it bugged or intended?
