Doesn't seem to work for most people. You can't "just do" the cheese when it seems like you need a ranked up 6* SW relic, at least 4/5 Mystic Dispersion if not 5/5, and definitely not a rank 1 SS.
All you need is 5/5 MD and a SW relic, it doesn't need to be ranked. Any rank of Sym Supreme should work too, so long as it's 6 or 7*. It's all about power gain and rank doesn't affect that.
I have the 7r1 awakened Sym Supreme, 6* SW relic and 4/5 MD but it doesnt work. I think the 5/5 MD is required but unfortunately i never ranked above 4 and I am 5 short of the 80 mystic mastery core required to get to 5/5.
this one is pretty straightforward even without the cheese
you can still do it with 4/5 MD, but youβll end up taking a couple sp3s. Luckily Syn Supreme only takes 15% of his health from every sp3 even if you do a lot of health bars. 4/5 MD can still net you 20+ bars with a r1 and if you tank a couple sp3s toward the end Iβve seen a couple people get 60 bars with 4/5 MD

I have a 6* SW relic, 7r3 duped symbiote, and 5/5 MD, and still can't get it down.
One more thing i was told is that SW relic needs to have the amplify rune active and preferably ranked up. As it isnt working for me, someone who has succeeded in cheesing Juggs should confirm this.
And probably gets you unintentionally banned after the coliseum.
My SW relic is R1 and I still did it fine. Like I said, 5/5 MD and the amplify rune on the 6* SW relic are all you need.
