You need to hit at least 3 buttons to make a purchase. No way it was accidental. Regrettable, sure, but not accidental.
I checked and there have been no charges since last month. Also, I am not aware of an event ticket that came out today. That is why I am questioning it.
It doesn't have to come out today, there is 2 paid events running. You can still buy them.
There are currently 2 EXCLUSIVE Events (above Realm Event) that require purchase “Entry Ticket” to participate in.
Pump it up Incursions, as well as newer Stars and Martyrs.
As well as new Powers of Towers escalating (purchase) offers in game store. Each purchase unlocks the next level of purchase. Like others where some are free and some cost units, but this one EVERY one costs MONEY.
but if it specifically said EXCLUSIVE, then probably one of those 1st 2 that I listed above.
It does not happen often. In fact, as far as I am aware it is impossible to happen even by accident, at least by Kabam. Duplicate transactions can happen on occasion but Kabam has no way to charge you for something. Neither Apple nor Google gives app developers that capability. They do not have your payment information, and the in-app purchase mechanism cannot be invoked from their side. You can imagine what could happen if a scam artist managed to plant an app on the Apple or Google play store that was capable of generating internal transactions without the user's approval.
It is at least within the realm of possibility for xSolla to generate an incorrect transaction, because they do have your payment information in theory. But I do not believe the web store is selling those particular items.
A question worth asking is whether you actually have an exclusive ticket event enabled. Check the exclusive events section of your events: as previously mentioned there are currently two such events going on right now. Your screen should look something like this:
If either event doesn't show the "purchase" line, then it has already been purchased, and either you did it by accident or someone else with access to your account did it (or someone else with access to your Apple or Google Play account purchased this for another game account).
They responded to my email. Explained that the charge was in the past, just hitting my credit card today. Made since once they explained it. I just didn't think it would take several weeks for a charge to show up.
