Towers rewards missing

I forced closed the tech tower due to the loading screen. Reopened the game. I’m now at the correct block based on my progression but the rewards for being there, including the points in the realm event are missing.

I had a similar issue with the Cosmic Tower. Disconnected when first entered, relogged and had the correct block but no rewards (checked stash as well) and did not receive the realm event points.

I had the issue with the tech tower and at least for me closing the game completely and restarting fixed it and I got the missing materials.

It looks like there's a problem with the scoring; the ranking was 1,322, and now it's 14,567 :) What happens now?

it has been over 4 hours and this has not been addressed by Kabam at all. My support ticket has also been ignored.

I guess I’m out of luck and those rewards and points towards the realm event are gone forever

Were you at 1322 Rank PRIOR to new tower classes dropping today ?
or just after you claimed the massive influx of “starting point” tower points, had you jumped up to 1322 Rank ?

And then later, after more people started to also claim their new class starting points, did you Rank drop back down to 14,000 ?

There will be major fluctuations in Rank, just because there are large dumps of points, as more people jump in to the new classes, and that will happen over the course of a day or 2 (depending how many are waiting for bugs to be flushed out).

(*again, with caveat that some towers classes may be missing from yours, or other people's, because of bugs.)

No, this score fluctuation happened when the additional points didn't come through; there are no "cosmic points" at all right now.
