No Empowered Grace Crystals After Upgrading Science Collective to Rank 16?

I recently upgraded my Science Collective to Rank 16 out of 25 and was expecting to receive 6 Empowered Grace Crystals, as I had with previous rank-ups. However, I didn't receive any this time. Do the crystal rewards stop after Rank 15, or should I have received them for Rank 16 as well? I'm wondering if this is intended or if something may have gone wrong. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how the rewards work beyond Rank 15?

No crystals for Rank 16.

Nope.

Each rank gives different stuff, and NOT always more that the prior rank.

There is an (i) informational icon at top of those pages that will show you exactly what you can get for all of the collective ranks. (Each rank listed individually, to see what you can get at next rank and beyond, as well as prior ranks). That includes the Attack/Health bump-ups too (as they, also, are not always the same or increasing every rank).
