Civil warrior isn’t amazing, granted but he is an underrated champ. Very good power control and if that fails, pop an L1 and it will protect you from a lot of the damage.
Including the 6* as well. i am looking forward to an either Non skill/mutant power control champ or Duping my Red Hulk. i still feel good with my roster (Mordo was my latest one btw).
Bet you were happy about that Rulk buff?
