The influence of the Grandmaster continues to twist and grow the Battlerealm, producing new and exciting features. It’s time to introduce, the 5-Star Featured Hero Arena!

Starting with the next round of Arenas on February 15th, there will be a new 5-Star Featured Hero Arena! This Arena will allow you to take newly acquired 6-Star Champions alongside your 4 and 5-Star Champions and fight for 6-Star Shards and a 5-Star Featured Hero!

This Arena will allow you to use your 4-Star, 5-Star, and 6-Star Champions to compete to be one of 150 Summoners that will take home the 5-Star Featured Champion.

Let’s Breakdown the Basics

The 5-Star Featured Hero Arena will run on the same schedule as our other Featured Hero Arenas, and will be available to all Summoners at Level 40, or over! There are no Beginner or Intermediate Brackets for this Arena.

This will be your first chance to use 6-Star Champions in Arenas, so here’s what you need to know:

- 6-Star Champions have a cooldown of 12 hours, or 20 units to refresh
- A Base 6-Star Champion will award around 3x the points of a Base 5-Star Champion

The cost to look for a match in this new Arena will be 500 Gold per matchup.

A new Arena, a new set of Milestone rewards for you to collect!

Rank Rewards!

You can earn Rank Rewards after hitting the 1 million point milestone, and earn yourself some 5-Star and 6-Star Shards!

The Top Summoner for Each Arena will also take home the Arena Champion Title, which is also still available in the 4-Star Featured Hero Arena. The Title is the exact same as the one in the 4-Star Featured Hero Arena, and will stack with those. As a reminder, these are the Titles you can earn for Placing 1st in the Arena:

WARBOUND: Earned by placing 1st in a 4-Star or 5 Star Featured Hero Arena once.
DESTROYER: Earned by placing 1st in a 4-Star or 5 Star Featured Hero Arena 3 times.
LIVING WEAPON: Earned by placing 1st in a 4-Star or 5 Star Featured Hero Arena 5 times.
SUPER SOLDIER: Earned by placing 1st in a 4-Star or 5 Star Featured Hero Arena 10 times.
GOD OF WAR : Earned by placing 1st in a 4-Star or 5 Star Featured Hero Arena 25 times.
WORLD BREAKER: Earned by placing 1st in a 4-Star or 5 Star Featured Hero Arena 50 times.

Miike has a point. It's open to everyone at Level 40 ad up. People will still be running Milestones regardless of whether they can Rank or not. Anything more than that would pretty much cause an imbalance in progress.

Why can’t being uncollected unlock the ability to get grandmaster crystal shards from the milestones? So everyone over level 40 can do this arena,but those who are uncollected get 1500 grandmaster shards where non-uncollected get premium etc etc

PHC's as milestones? If you really wanted to garner interest in this arena, you'd add in resource most limited in the game currently: T1 Alpha Cats.

With the recent flood of 5* shards in all areas of the game, active players are getting more and more 5* champions. But the need for 5+ t1 alpha cats to rank them EACH time, means that I have to wait weeks to get enough catalysts to rank my new champions. Nevermind that I have a dozen T4 basic catalysts and plenty of t4 class cats expiring.

Our alliance even stopped doing map 6 because no one needs the t4cc. We all need T1 alpha cats. And this seems like a great place to award them to active players.

(Or add additional ones in the alpha catalyst arena with some advanced 2 mill, 4 mill, 6 mill milestones.)

Phcs as milestone?? Comeon couldve atleast added gmc shards or 4* shards. And 135 units as milestone rewards for score of 12million is ridiculous

Unfortunately, that is not possible to do.

Miike stop being tight and double the units at least, and do a basic arena too, you did say 5* will be more available... so the restrictions on a basic arena is backtracking

There seems to be a mistake in the rank rewards, there is a 11%-20% but then it jumps right to 31%-60%. Where do 21%-30% rank? Is there a missing rank or is it a mistake with the numbers?

That is a mistake with the numbers, and I will get that updated. It should read 11%-30%

Theres a typo in rank rewards brackets. After 11-20% the next bracket is 31-60% @Kabam Miike

Of course, but not 100 for the 12 million points I would need to put up to get them. After a year I get enough shards to open a single 6*? No thanks.

Is there any plan to reduce the refresh times on 5 stars? Getting 12m milestone is pretty hard to do without using units for many players

The milestone rewards are way too disappointing. This is an arena where you can only use 4* to 6* champions, yet you give us less than 10 PHC for reaching all milestones, which gives mostly 2* and 3*. The last milestone requires 12 million points, which is higher than most re-run 4-Star Featured Arenas cutoff.

If you cannot give Grandmaster Crystal Shards, at least make it Ultimate Crystal instead of PHC.

i don't normally make a habit about complaining about new material, but this is just poorly developed. seems like a whole lotta effort for almost nothing in rewards. while this arena is probably future proof, the current inception of it is just not worth it for 98% of players. undoubtedly you'll need to refresh your champs with lots of units to hit 1-10%. the milestones are practically worthless.

Replace those phc crystals with t1 alpha and t4 basics and this arena becomes very desirable.

EDIT: I totally misread your post. My apologies. I will take your feedback to the team regarding the Milestones, but the real reward in this Arena is not the Milestone Rewards, but the Rank rewards, especially the top Rewards.

The major problem with this is that the average Joe has almost no chance at all to compete for the featured champ - except if he's able to spend resources to use in refreshes.
And when the same Joe looks at the milestones he has nothing that makes him want to go through the grind to achieve them. Premium hero crystals? For a grind of 12 million points, we should be able to at the very least get a basic 4 star champion/crystal or whatever.

Its about time but milestones are just poor! We definitely have no use for these PHC's. Just limit the arena to uncollected..... We need to have access to GMC shards by investing time and not just units alone... Please consider including GMC shards in milestones and do whatever needs be done to achieve this
