Who do you think are the best champs that don't need their signature ability to be great?

I don't know if venompool is supposed to be a joke but he is not good unaweakened. Having him at lvl99 could make him a decent champion.
Best ones for me: mordo, nightcrawler, crossbones, rocket.

His sig triggers so rarely that the dupe doesn't make much of a difference for VP

That's why I'm saying that he has to have his sig maxed in order to affect him.

ok, awesome, i have 4* unawakened of X-23, quake, cap america, psylocke, vision (AOU), iceman, both panthers, a few others. i was hoping some of those would be on the "dont need to dupe list" haha
