Click on your name in the top right corner then select change picture

Are you on a computer or mobile device? What kind of device if mobile?
In Safari on an iOS device there is a round gear looking thing in the upper right hand corner. Tap that, then preferences and the option should be under that.

Change your mobile site to the desktop and go to your profile. When you see your profile picture, there is a change profile avatar button right up there.
