Green Goblin Electro synergy

Is it just me or does this not make sense. Says electro gains +30%

while under a shock debuff. Does electro have have a shock debuff to get this attk or does he have to cause it bc if he has to cause he doesn’t cause a shock debuff.

While HE is under a shock debuff. Useless synergy for electro, ok synergy for green goblin.

It means if an opponent shocks Electro, he basically gains a fury buff for the duration of the shock debuff

That’s just dumb. Why would I cause damage to myself just gain a little extra attk smh
