Is unduped Vulture good?

Jost got him as a 5* and was wondering if he is worth ranking up.
I only have him as a 3 star but duped and rarely use him.

I understand his sp1 power drains, but doesn't seem to be too much.

In my opinion, no. Not worth ranking up more than R2

Use his sp2 when the opponent is low on power and see the magic happen. Thermal feedback is op!!!

Definetely a rank 2 and maybe rank3 if u dont have anyone else

I like vulture, use sp2 and he can turn like 45% of any gained power into direct damage so champs like deadpool x force hype will take a fair amount of damage
