How do these glitches come about?

So here's the new glitch me and some ally mates are encountering. We are using our special attacks and nothing is happening. I think each time it is happening is when we are intercepting someone with it.
So this makes me wonder what causes these things to happen out of nowhere? And how is it always, always, always, always, always in favor of your profitability, and never, ever, ever, ever in our favor? And if any exception to the rule, you will fix any glitch that benefits us IMMEDIATELY, while any glitch affecting us takes MONTHS, or YEARS. Now don't get me wrong I am not insinuating anything (hehe), i am simply wondering how this happens?

Why of course they don't give two S#!ts if it's in their favor cause they program it that way so you have to spend! Anyone who doesn't think that also doesn't understand what you can do with programming. And if you don't see how the game literally cheats you all the time you're legally blind or to young to be playing!

Yeah I had a conversation with a game developer (she did not work on MCoC) not long ago and she was telling me all about these kind of things that are baked into the code and 100% intentional. I was describing things that happen in this game and most of these things apply to games with in game purchases and had actual names attached to them. I don't actually remember the names though.

But anyway, legal disclaimer time: I do not have specific knowledge that this was actually done to MCoC, and I am not specifically accusing Kabam or whoever owns/runs the game of anything, but to have so many things I described match perfectly with things that are done intentionally in similar games does make me go hmm.
