Vision sp2 not dealing damage and effect

in Bugs and Known Issues
While grinding arena I used my visions sp2 twice in a match against magneto and it connected yet did not deal damage or power burn the target. Am I missing something or is it a bug?

    @Kabam Miike Android os Knox 2.7.1 Samsung J3 Prime 2017 I'm getting the same thing in arena and events and his Sp1 is doing the same, going through connecting but they still have the same power and then come at me for a combo....But only on AoE Vision OG Vision seems to work fine.

    Magneto has a abilty to power ability accuratcy (magnetis) when it’s active red magneto lowers it by 40% or so and white magneto with 60% ... so yeah it can happen quite often that vision specials don’t work when you are fighting magneto it’s just a really bad matchup

    Ah Yes It was white magneto thanks for the info treo still seems odd that it dealt no damage power burn I get but no damage seems odd
