Mutant:
best - X-23 (Iceman is good too, but regen and bleed is better for me);
worst - Magneto. Gor both as 4*;
Skill:
best - BP classic (only because mine is 5* and dupped. Killed Collector very fast). Also GP and CB are very good, but they are only 4* and undupped;
worst - BPCW - good for defense, but bad for offence;
Science:
best - I have nobody good anougth. Undupped Hulk is weak. Rulk dupped, but weak too. 5* Rhino not bad for defence;
worst - SG. Fixit is better, bacause I have maxed DW;
Cosmic:
best - Hyperion. Angela is good too, but Hyp is muuuuch better;
worst - Groot. Very weak tree;
Tech:
best - SL, Vision or Ultron - they are all good. But Ultron better, because I got him as a 5* (can't believe it);
worst - IM. Not dupped, and weak;
Mystic:
best - DV. Magik is second;
worst - DS. Two different doctors.

Worst: Groot, rank 4 and not even used in arena

Best: BW, maybe GP if I took her to rank 5. I like CB too.
Worst: BPCW, would be Karnak but I sold him for 5* shards

Best: wolverine, AA handicapped by immune champs and iceman not yet ranked up
Worst: colossus or OML
Mystic
Best: Voodoo or SW, Voodoo for AQ and SW for AW attack
Worst: unawakened 5* UC (he's basically colossus)
Tech:
Best: probably SL but I like Yondu better
Worst: HB or the duck

Best: Hulk, beast in AQ

Best- Hawkeye. Love his L1. Better if duped.
Worst- Karnak, so whack. I don't why ppl like Widow so much either, but all the Skills are decent, except Kar-whack.
Tech:
Best: Star-lord by default, but if I had a 4 or 5* Vision I would probably say him, b/c of the power burn.
Worst: Hulkbuster by far.
Mutant:
Best: Hard for me to say. I feel like a 4/5* Archangel would be a beast. Nightcrawler beats my butt often though. I have a 4* Wolverine that I'm leveling up now, but he's just ok.
Worst: Colossus. Very boring character.
Science:
Best: Not sure. I like Miles Morales. I like Classic Cap. America too (I like his fatigue and stun better than WW2's bleed). He's great but I don't why everyone loves him so much either.
I thought Hulk was whack before, but I learned to appreciate his stuns and poision immunity.
Worst: Spider-gwen. Total waste.
Mystic:
Best: A duped Dr. Voodoo is worth two in the bush!
Worst: Loki. Puny god. I sold him and never regretted it. And Iron Fist. He sucks on Netflix and in this game. Jane Foster's lame too.
Cosmic:
Best: I have a 5* Drax and he's pretty great...mostly b/c I can beat Mordo with him.
I don't see the big deal with Thor but he's ok. If I had a duped Hyperion, I'd probably say him.
Worst: Ms Marvel is pretty basic. Groot's immunity could come in handy, but he's def the worst Guardian.
**Honorable mention: I'm probably the only person who likes Kamala. Her posion immunity has helped me many a time.
