Has there been any news of 5 star cutoff? I’ve tried searching, but haven’t found anything.

Hehe, I'm grinding for him right now
the score was a surprise to me as well. I normally grind for all new 3* featured champs too (for collection purpose, and also to continue expanding roasters and hero ratings), but typically 1.5M still takes time to grind. Past few days I need to put up 4M for Thor Coconut and I don't have time to go for Killmonkey. If it is only 900k, I could have done it in the past few days.
p/s: I missed the 3* Hulk Coconut, as I was too tired of arena grinding week in week out
It is less a question of refresh and more a question of time. There's a big chunk of the top arena grinders capable of scoring big numbers but not big enough to score significantly in both arenas, and many are choosing the 10% reward for 5* featured over the shot at 4* featured or its lower tier rewards. Honestly, I shot for the 10% bracket in 5* featured also, and just got over the line in the first one. It is worth it for me relative to the shot at getting the 4* featured.
