Dexterity (probably the best, probably not, but certainly useful against Maestro!)

Willpower (yeah, the coolest mastery in my opinion, best against Cap's Fatigue...always regenerate 100% in those fights...)

    There is no "best mastery". There are generic masteries that are just a given and should be included in any setup that you do, but the whole point of masteries are to make you change them as needed to give you advantage. Of course you don't have to do this and many don't, but that's the reason we can't obtain all of them at a single given time.
