What has happened to Premium Hero Crystals?

Just wanting to start the discussion regarding the sheer lack of 4 stars being awarded from PHC's. Since I became Uncollected I have not pulled one single 4 star from a PHC. And this has been going on for over 6 months. Anyone else experiencing this 'bad luck'? And yes I am aware that the result of every single crystal that we the players spin or pop is pre determined by Kabam. I simply want to know if this is a deliberate tact of Kabams to withhold 4 stars from PHC's for the Uncollected players.

    KABAM spins the crystal in server and he gives you what he want. Yes is pre determined!!!! If you spin or direct open is the same ****. He gives you what he wants. This is not fair!!!!! And you know why? Because he ruins your account and your pleasure to play the game. After 3 years I realize it's all KABAM's hand in This game. Everything happens as KABAM wants!

    I don't know why people always expect to get the rarest thing though.

    You know it's hardly ever a 4*, so just don't buy them.

    Shards are easily enough to collect with rewards for events, get loads a month and just try get lucky.

    My boy started an account recently, his best champ was 3* blade from the calender.
    I told him again and again don't buy PHC, would he listen?
    Like hell he did.

    He got 4* BP.

    I pulled a 4* BW dupe yesterday too.
    I expect 2* every time and I'm surprised when it's something better

    I became uncollected a few days before the uncollected crystal was released, since then I’ve pulled 2 4*s from phc, they’re bad rates, always have been and there’s no point expecting anything more. There’s no need for ridiculous tinfoil hat conspiracies about kabam deliberately lowering drop rates on phc to convince people to buy gmcs.

    I pulled Drax 4* and Hyperion 4* these last two weeks, pulled one or two 4* every 2 months

    You do know there are 4* crystals right? Guaranteed 4* lol. If you want a 4*, get a 4* crystal. Don’t expect to get one from a PHC. And if you do ever pull a 4* from a PHC, consider yourself lucky.

    No reason to buy FGM crystals either. No one is forcing you to do anything.

    I remember a year ago, every 20-40 PHC would give me a 4* though. Then I took several month break, come back farmed up a hundred PHC's and no four stars

    Try opening them by groups of 10, I’ve gotten many 4*s that way.

    I seen someone open 2000 Premium Hero Crystals and they only got 4 4 stars out of them all
