    R4 requires T4b, but since 2 out of your 3 champs listed are definitely worth to R5, do you have enough Mystic T4cc or Mutant T4cc?

    In short term, it depends on your resource availability and your immediate need of them (for Story quest? for LOL/ROL? etc).

    In long term, You won't go wrong with either 4* GR or 4* AA, in fact bring them all the way to R5! Good luck and cheers!

    Ghost Rider has decent damage and has one of the most potent regen in the game which makes him a questing machine.
