Loki’s special 2 isn’t causing energy damage. On occasions it will, but majority of the time it is not causing energy damage during the ice part of his special ... no red numbers showing up.

Clearly stated it says there is a 100% chance as long as Loki has more health. This is NOT WORKING AS INTENDED.

    I believe that the health points refer to total health points, not your health bar. Basically, means more health overall, so against stronger enemies than loki, this will not work (unless you have the Hela synergy).

    The health bar and percentage represent the percentage of HEALTH POINTS remaining, for Loki's L2's effect to trigger he must have more HEALTH POINTS than his opponent at that moment not a higher percentage remaining.

    Wow just wow. This guy here. Just because you have 70% health and they have 50% health does not mean u have more health than they do. Loki has what maybe 15k health. And today they probably at least 40k health. Loki at 70% there has what maybe 11-12k. Just a close guess. The opponent will still have 20k health meaning they still have more health than Loki so he won’t get the extra energy dmg
