Help my alliance. One bad seed spoiled the bunch!!

I joined this alliance having no clue about the game getting yelled at for messing up and they let me stick around because I was showing steady improvement. Fast forward a year and a half and I’m the leader. Still a little lost. One guy leaves and members followed. Like I was the pawn. I’m looking for solid members looking for a permanent spot to help me guide this alliance to success. I don’t need those lazy players that are here still or the ones who left. I can’t let this alliance fall apart. I want us to rise to levels we should have already surpassed. There are dedicated willing members here that have the skill, we just need some seasoned players to help us come back together as a team. PICLO is the tag. My player id is Mf109306.     what's the war rating and tier? also is there a minimum rating? just want to see if there is a better alliance out there for me to join. my current is great, though

    dogging past members and trashing current ones is a surefire way of attracting quality summoners who can't wait to join a war, place 3 star trash defenders and leave, taking screenshots and trolling you on reddit, which I personally have never done on this account but have heard such instances happen. welp, good luck with that.

    Only reason people would do that is if they felt you were not a good leader. I left an ally once and half followed me why cause I was a better leader than the current one do your job better. And they will stay.

    Don’t listen to Apex. That is way over-simplified. There are different types of leadership and different people are attracted to each type. The key is to find out what type of leader you are, communicate that clearly, and then work to build the sort of team that appreciates what you bring. Anyway, good luck to ya!!
