How to get Bishop?

Hey I was just wondering how do you obtain bishop? Is he in a phc or in a certain quest or something? Thanks for your info 😃

    He isn’t out yet. Will probably have to wait until the end of the month. Even then he will only be in his crystals and the arena, not in PHC.
