Log in issues?

Having trouble connecting all day today. Player on same WiFi connection has no issues. Is something going on?

    Same issue I play on android and iOS and it is just on iOS that I can’t log in. Is this the same for you guys. Been goin on for around 9 hours for me

    Guys you need to delete the app and re-install. I too have this issue now each and every day for the past 3-4 days where it will say it cannot connect (and it wont come out of it... I have tested it over night and no change) but as soon as I re-install it then the game works great again.

    Sucks I know but should help you ;) Hope it does help!

    Wow that was ridiculous! Thank you for the tip tonreinstall that worked but kabam needs to issue compensation to the people locked out for over half a day! Energy refills wasted, 14-15 hours arena time lost, locked out in the middle of aq, events missed, this is ****! Shouldn’t have to reinstall the game ever let alone regularly. Also only happening on iOS?!! The main customer base?! Love it missed rewards, wasted energy, expired items, left alliance to aq without me... lovely kabam!

    This worked for me too. Thank you. @Bear3 I agree and they haven’t even made there own post about this yet. Kabam never cares unless there the ones loosing the money.

    Honesty I have had to re-install for the last 3-4 days... getting tiresome to be honest but what can you do.

    You're welcome! I am just happy I could help you guys ;)

    One thing I noticed that may have been causing the issue is leaving the game in the background for a long period of time (seemingly only late at night). But correlation is not always causation.

    That’s exactly what happened 3days ago. I woke up still logged in the game, since i logged out i can’t log in anymore. I’ll try to reinstall the game now. Thanks chev327fox.

    Let us report to kabam, so they will resolve the issue next time

    No problem! Glad it is helping everyone get back into the game (sucks when it locks you out).

    Kabam is aware of the issue I think... but who knows when it will be fixed. Hopefully soon.

    Some advice that seems to work for me... if you are going to be away from the game for a good while just close the app instead of having it in the background (this is what seems to cause the issue... leaving it in the background too long).
