Cyclops passive increased power gain

In this game based on Cyclops' passive ability he is suppose to have increased power gained at lower levels of power. Cyclops is my all time favorite character in Marvels Universe, however I feel he is under powered in this game. I tested his passive ability ( the increased power gain at lower levels of power). However, based on the test he generates power at the same rate as every other champ at lower levels of power, please fix this. Cyclops is already underpowered.

    This is incorrect. He does generate his first bar of power faster. Sorry.
