I have these mystics and need help deciding who to rank up to rank 5

None of Them Are Worth Rank 5 Unduped, Voodoo Could have been the Best Option if He Was Duped.
I Hould Wait For a Better Choice, Unless You really Need to Rank 5 one of Them, then Dorm is The Best choice unawakened.

None. But if you get a mystic or generic gem, then definitely use on Voodoo and take him to r5.

I wouldn't even consider Juggs to r5 unless you've got high MD and want to invest in a champ that's most useful as a defender.
