Will we be compensated?

We are currently versing an alliance that are using mods. They are able to take down a noded up 5* 4/55 magik miniboss in 5 seconds with a team of 4* in 5 seconds. Obviously we will not be winning this war because of this. So im wondering if we will be awarded the Victory rewards after kabam bans them?
