I’m in need of a rank down ticket Kabam, I pulled a 5* Iceman when I already have a 4* maxes Iceman. Both unduped, hope you guys do that again soon

I say give him rank down ticket for his 4star iceman but when he uses it, it also takes away all rewards he aquired with him, that would be only fair
