Tile 42 or 44 for Tier 8 AW

I have a r2 5* Sentinel and was wondering which Tile would be better to place him to get more kills?

Tile 42 with Arc Overload every 20 seconds or Tile 44 with Spite and unblockable SP1?

Any opinions would be nice. Thanks
