**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Gold Crystal Drop Rate

Currently, the gold crystal shows the drop rate stats as:
Gold: 100%

Isn't this a bit of a cop-out and against the rules that Apple is enacting for blind boxes that are available for purchase?

By this same logic, couldn't hey just display the Premium Hero Crystal drop rate stats as:
Champion: 100%

Both are true and both are equally vague. Why isn't gold crystal held to the same standard as every other crystal available for purchase? Shouldn't it be something along the lines of:

2400 gold: 90%
5000 gold: 5%
10,000 gold: 3%
50,000 gold: 2%

Thoughts? Have the developers weighed in on this issue?

I thought about this as well, but then I realized that they can do that because the gold crystal has 100% chance to reward 2,400 gold. Prove me wrong.

Yeah it’s a bit off. Since you can purchase gold crystals with in game currency it’s seems the drop rate for different amounts should be included.

who cares? You shouldn't be buying gold crystals any ways in the first place

If you go by the apple guidelines they require drop rates for each type of item. Per youtube openings the crystal averages 3200 gold.

Just another instance where Kabam had the option to be transparent, and decided to keep the player in the dark. Maybe they are not required to post the drop rates on this crystal because of the language used in the rule, but this doesn't mean they couldn't have just posted them anyway.

Very small thing they could have done for the community, but it fits the pattern of non-transparency.

I agree with your comment on this. This isnt in the spirit of the apples terms and conditions. Maybe kabam will do something about it. I wonder if they would do anything about it if it was reported to apple by a lot of people.
