Who should i rank up? (Cosmic)

I'm close to form my 3rd Cosmic T4C, and i'm between two characters to rank up.

4* Hyperion to Rank 5 (i'm going for him tomorrow, have an awakening gem for him).
5* Spider-Man Black Suit to Rank 3 (recently got him, and i think he might be a good choice to R4 so i can do LOL).
so, who would be better to rank up? and is Black Spiderman a good choice for Labyrinth of Legends? or not?

    I'd go with Hyperion too, he is great in both attack and defense. Very useful character

    Go Hyperion. Seatin just posted a video on how to use him. You can get him awakened if you need to tomorrow.

    A kabam employee. Some claim him to be the ceo but obviously that's not true. But yeah he's a brown nosing employee who hypes up every champ.

    thanks all for the help. i would definitely rank up Hyperion, he does really crazy damage. much better than 5* Spidey.
