Sentinel Adaptation Immune to Ability Accuracy Reduction?

Why is the playable Sentinel's Analysis ability not immune to ability accuracy reduction, but the Adaptation ability of the supposedly weaker (hahaha yeah right) Sentinels in AQ is immune to the ability accuracy reduction of characters such Nebula, Black Widow, etc.?

Because of this is no way to keep the Skill sentinels on the Debuff Immune path from reaching 40+ Adaptation charges.

Is this intended?
