Archangel changed without notice?

@Kabam Miike Archangel use to have the ability of "Blocking has 100% chance to cause poison etc.," and now it says "0%". Please tell me that this is an error.

... and someone will come to tell you, Kabam will NOT change any champ (buff/nerf) without telling us.

It was zero when he was released and still remains so. It increases per bleed as the Passive section states. You can't cause a poison without a bleed unless you pop a spec 3.

Did you even read his description?
Each bleed active on the opponent adds a flat 25% chance. So after 4 bleeds are stacked it becomes 100% chance on block and on sp1.
It's been like this since I got him 4-6 months ago.

The only current issue with AA is that his dash back is short.
