Not getting summoner advancement rewards

Me & couple of other clan mates are not getting summoner advancement rewards for past few weeks
Any suggestion how to resolve this pls

Has your alliance reached the minimum number of points each time? if not, you will not get them.

We get more than 100 k points every time
Is that not enough?

You need to be hitting 265k mate, 165k if your alliance is in the lower bracket
