    If you have no choice (expiring t2a) then red hulk, I was forced to rank him up the other month and he’s actually pretty good, especially if you dupe him in which he can become a very effective mephisto counter

    Red Hulk is definitely worth rank 4 after the buffs. His damage output is insane.
