Instant timeout

Just got the old instant timeout in an aq fight. Went in, used a pot, started the fight, normal load time, pops up timeout. Loads map screen, another member just beat the guy I went at, I'm down half my health. Why kabam?

that has to be the truest thing i have ever rrad in my life! been happening to me the ladt 3 days trying to get to talk to an actual person is next to impossible!!! in the end it wont matter they wont take responsibility for anything just throw the blame on you and go cash their checks smh...
