Crystal lag

3 times in the last 2 days i have had 3 crystals stop on a 5 star for 3 seconds then twitch and go to a 3*. I think thats absolute bull **** and you (Kabaam) need to stop that absolute rip off and dont come back with the percentages of crystals because it has nothing to do with a 3 second stop and switch

You do know that your champ was already determined before you spun the crystal right? Had you just opened it the results would have been the same...but without the joy/disappointment.
