5* Rhino Awakened with LOL completion reward

That's right, the unthinkable and most hilariously stupid thing happened! 5* Rhino awakened! I clicked on the awaken icon and it didn't give me a option to cancel and before I knew it my rhino was awakened. Yeah, I did email support. I got the generic "we can't fix this but good luck" response and even an email stating that I had "bought a 5* rhino awakening by mistake" and prompted me to say units spent, date and name of product. I know you have the power to fix this and would like my awakening gem back. I was planning to 100% lol since I already have 22,955 units on my account, so you have an interest on helping me. I've spent over 365 days (if we counted time played and excluded breaks) easily and am the number 4 aw ally, so I would hope this shows I'm not a noob

It's so stupid that there is no "Are you sure you want to do this" option. Kabam was good about returning accidentally sold T4cc. 5* awakening gems are way more valuable. I don't know why they won't fix this for you. I'd keep sending tickets.

If he is in tier 1 for aw rhino is almost worthless. I placed my r4 sig 80 rhino in war and he was lucky to get a kill or 2 in tiers 1 & 2. Thankfully rank down tickets came around and to r3 he went.

They'll do nothing at all for u. Had a somewhat similar thing happen and dealt with them for a week. Most of that time was them not replying to my requests for a supervisor or tier 2 support. Then finally a "nope and we're closing the case". They don't actually care and they won't help with any real issues even if they have created them thru buggy software. They COULD easily fix your issue (and the one I had) but they either just don't care or hope it will lead to you spending some cash. It's a terrible way to treat one's customers. If you walked out of a store with the wrong pack of smokes, you could easily go back in and swap em out. Nbd.
