Infinity Dungeons Discussion Thread

Summoners! We're really excited to announce the introduction of a brand new mode to The Contest! Introducing, Infinity Dungeons! Infinity Dungeons will be available for a limited time only, but are unlike anything you've seen in The Contest before. Another question I had - you guys keep referring to it as a new game mode. Does that mean it's permanent like War and AQ? After the infinity war update, will there be constant dungeons with other teams (like whatever the event quest theme is be it mutants or movie-related)? Or is this a 1-time event?

Infinity Dungeons will be a limited time event. But we'd love to hear from players if once you play, you'd like for it to return again.

If max time for one battle is 3 minutes? Let's say I fight 3 times and my comrad awaits me to finish and then one of us is to fight boss - it's 12 minutes just on highting without time for loading (wich sometimes is just too long). Also becouse of chat not updating sometimes I have to reload the game. Or is the time lower and opponents are not that challenging to make us fight that long?
The event itself seems to be nice, anticipate it a lot, but really wished to have about 30 minutes for room.

But you don’t have to wait and watch each others timers. The outgoing link aren’t set up that way.

Would you guys consider allowing Dark Artifacts to be exchanged for Infinity Dust? Seeing as the basic 5*s will be of little use to many players with deep and strong rosters?

@Kabam Miike it says availability of 5* crystals will be dependent on player level. Is this being determined by overall hero rating? If so, I’m getting screwed again lol the same thing happened when they nerfed all the champs and the payout was determined that way. I got (removed by moderation) all because I sell champs below 4* that I don’t use. A personal choice as I don’t do arena.

You can play until you hit the daily milestones to get the BEST rewards, but after that, you can still play as much as you want to earn Room rewards!

Infinity Dungeons will be a limited time event. But we'd love to hear from players if once you play, you'd like for it to return again.

If the rewards are tuned correctly, this could be a more engaging version of arena, and could draw those out that find arena repetitive and boring.

Hopefully this isn't like rifts, where we saw them once and thought they were great, then you guys sat on them for more than a year and then brought them back with the same rewards and more energy requirements.

I think well tuned rewards could make this the goto game mode for many.

Hopefully you guys can hit the mark on this one.

Here is what makes me mad! "You will be able to earn revives and restores (for the dudgeon) as milestones in three day alliance events" anyace for non alliance members to get them besides the store?

Hi I am kinda worried I left my alliance because I could not deal with the extra pressure of having to come online when needed but now I learn that to get the specific dungeon resources like revives I need to be in an alliance.

So, you don't earn Dark Artifacts directly from the Dungeons themselves, but from the Milestones associated with the Infinity Dungeons. The difficulty that you play will determine how many points your receive, so this is a little bit of a complicated question.

If you're a top level player, and able to take on Difficulty 6, you'll need to beat Room 3 approximately 3-4 times to hit the top Milestone every day.

As expected....I'm a 5k+ prestige and have no option to buy the 5* crystals. I'm at a place where only 5* and up will help me out.

EDIT: Sorry, that is the infinity dust store. Guess I need to see the dark artifact items before I go off. lol. Nevermind...nothing to see here.
