Psylocke SP1 BROKEN!!!

HOW DO THINGS JUST BREAK? WAS WORKING FINE BUT NOW IF YOU HIT YOUR OPPONENT WITH THE FIRST 2 STRIKES HE'S ABLE TO RECOVER AND BLOCK THE 3RD THEREFORE MAKING HER SPECIAL 1 POINTLESS SO YOU CAN'T POWER LOCK!!! SUPER SWEET!

You need to "adapt". But seriously, characters with multiple hits in their specials seem to have this issue if there is a long delay between hits.
