Banned from In game chat for no known reason?? Can this be unbanned??

Hey guys,

About 18 months ago i was banned from in game chat for reasons im not alloud to know as kabam refused to tell me, has anyone here ever been banned from chat and is it possible to become unbanned as i cant even auto-chat in dungeons, very annoying as have to use another app to chat in 😩,
