Compensation for May3rd legends run Maitaince issue

For all the memebers including myself when tried for a legends run but have now been denied due to the longest unexpected Maitaince run we have ever experienced

Please we wish to be rightfully compensated due to loss of units energy refills and legends run

Not sure if you know what sort of resources it takes to make a legends run... But it's certainly always helpful to the community when someone has a legitimate gripe/question and someone else decides it's a great time to be an ignorant arse for no reason at all. Suuuuper helpful and awesome.

That said, op should file a ticket with detailed info on resources wasted and be persistent while not holding their breath.

It's sadly become a rule of thumb to not try anything important in the game after new content or an update comes out. Give it a week and watch how things shake out before you try a legend run. I know that's not helpful right now but maybe it'll help next time.

I mean, sometimes that's just when it fits into a life schedule I guess? Or maybe people are just excited because they've been preparing for it.

I agree it's a very bad idea, but at the same time... It's kinda silly that we can set our clocks by the emergency maintenances after new content push/updates.

As stated many times before, maintenance down times do not effect legend run times. They have said they minus out the time they are down.
On the other hand, I only saw one maintenance happen yesterday and it only lasted 10-15mins. The rest of the time the game was always accessible for myself.

There was a log in issue for a ton of people last night. Saw it all over line. Lasted a while. Glad none of it affected you. Plus, even when maintenance time doesn't affect your final time, you've still used boosts/refills/units/etc. It's obv not the end of the world, but it would suck in a pretty significant way.

And I get that and you should be compensated for it although no forum mod will be able to help you...

Does your timer stop when maintenance occurs then starts up once you reenter the quest or are you supposed to keep trying to log in so you don't lose any time from the loading screens etc.. and not knowing when it's back up ?

It doesn't seem like just subtracting the time of emergency maintenance is enough to let those trying to actually have a chance.
