3* Scarlet Witch

Is maxing out a 3* awakened scarlet witch a good move? I'm still a progressing player and about half-finished with 5.1 (still trying to become uncollected). Would she get approximately close to a 4* witch damage-wise, or at least be an advantage in an uncollected attempt?

I haven't used my 3* SW since before 12.0. I can't imagine she's any good in act 5.

There was a time when a 3* Witch was better than most 4* champs. Unfortunately that time has passed. If you’re doing uncollected / act 5 content she probably isn’t going to help much.
