    Magik or Wolvie. Given that you are asking a question about 4* to R4, I'm guessing you are still progressing through story quests. Either will carry you far, wolvie probably farther given his regen.

    You're calling your champs "unlocked"... which would mean that their sig abilities are unlocked, but you didn't post sig levels for the ones that you call unlocked, which implies that what you actually meant was "unawakend".

    If the ones you call "unlocked" are actually unawakened, then Magik is probably your best option.
