    if the champ is blue it's not a full dupe.. just 1 sig, just like the basic champ in 4* arena..they said that when they released the update forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/comment/379408#Comment_379408

    That's weird it looks like that in the animation. They were upfront about all of it before, just a weird animation oversight
