DUPED:
Morningstar, Phoenix, and Beast.

    Best is an objective term. You have some solid champs. Both captain marvels don’t have to be dupped to be good. WIinter Soldier is a solid champ. Electra is good too. Blade is probably your best. Dupped Morningstar is good just takes practice to use.

    It just depends on what you’re trying to do

    I’d hes not dupped he doesn’t regen.

    I took an undupped 5* blade to r4 because he’s that good. He’s even better with GR and starky for the synergies.
