No nothing for a max

Opened up one of those 4 star war Crystal's and got a X23 dupe, she was already maxed sig, I got nothing is this supposed to happen?

It is. Those are basic champions, which don't give any iso-8 or shards

They ought to at least make the 4*s a full champ.
